Some products ship directly from manufacturers and may require additional processing time.
Transit Times
Estimated delivery time varies depending on the product and shipping method:
- Parcel shipments: 2–7 business days
- Freight shipments: 5–10+ business days
Freight Deliveries
Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight carriers.
- Carrier will typically call to schedule delivery
- Customer must be present to receive shipment
- Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged
Delivery Inspection (Critical)
You are responsible for inspecting your shipment at the time of delivery.
- Check for damage before signing
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Refuse severely damaged shipments

- We currently ship only within the United States
- Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders require a custom quote
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or rerouted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
