Transit Times

Freight Deliveries

Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight carriers.

  • Carrier will typically call to schedule delivery
  • Customer must be present to receive shipment
  • Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged
Failure to be present for delivery may result in additional fees or return charges.

Delivery Inspection (Critical)

You are responsible for inspecting your shipment at the time of delivery.

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • Refuse severely damaged shipments
Signing for delivery without noting damage may void your ability to file a claim.
